Here is a little about me. My name is Paul Phillips. I graduated from Ferris State University in 1991 with a Bachelor’s degree in Management. I am a licensed builder and I offer new construction, remodeling and maintenance services.

I have accumulated a lot of knowledge in the field of real estate by learning it the hard way - trial and error. I like to help people and after all, we are required to give something back. This web site gives me a platform to inform and advise about all kinds of things related to home improvement and new construction as well as market my services.
