Hello, My name is R. Paul Phillips. "About me" is one of the most difficult topics for me to discuss. But lets give it a try by starting with some background and the reason I started this site.

I graduated from Ferris State University in 1991 with a Bachelor’s degree in Management.

I am a licensed builder. I offer construction and remodeling services.

I have accumulated a lot of knowledge in the field of real estate by learning it the hard way - trial and error. I like to help people and after all, we are required to give something back. This web site gives me a platform to inform and advise about all kinds of things related to home improvement and new construction.
